Chef Bert. A passionate man on the inside, his facial expressions on the outside betray as much emotion as Darth Vader’s helmet. Happy, sad, angry or scared, we can’t tell which, he runs the kitchen using only the power of his glare to quell insubordination and impertinence.

And Keith. Full of purpose and energy he is constantly delving into new projects. Occasionally even getting close to finishing one. Like his university degree.
